9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. — Character Development Power Tools A Presentation by Bracken MacLeod and Douglas Wynne In this ninety-minute presentation, Bracken MacLeod and Douglas Wynne pop the latches on the novelist’s tool kit and showcase a wide-ranging and eclectic assortment of methods they’ve used to create and develop compelling characters both behind the scenes and on the page. From data sheets and voice journals to multimedia cues, polarity exercises, and character conjunction charts, you’re sure to find something here to help you bring multifaceted and authentic characters to life in your own work.
